Is it free to join?

Yes — completely free for customers. Merchants get a free plan with 1 active offer, or upgrade for unlimited.

Do I need an account to claim an offer?

You need a free Zarpass account so we can generate your unique QR code and let you find it again later.

What does "verified visit" mean?

It means the merchant actually scanned your code in person — proof the offer led to a real visit, not just a click.

Can I use my claim at another business?

No — a claimed offer is only valid at the business that created it.

What if the offer is fully claimed?

Some offers have a maximum number of claims. Once that limit is reached, the offer closes — check back for new deals often.
